Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 7u7f website at https://7u7f.app (the "Platform"), creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 7u7f (the "Company"). They apply to all features of the Platform, including but not limited to the casino lobby, sportsbook, Mines game, live dealer tables, slots, and all promotional offers. By registering an account, you explicitly accept these Terms and agree to be bound by any future amendments published on this page.

7u7f reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on the 7u7f Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, or using 7u7f in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or organisation when placing wagers or operating your account.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or from any related service operated by 7u7f.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of a 7u7f employee or contractor.

By registering an account, you warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 7u7f Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or IP addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, all balances being forfeited, and all pending withdrawals being cancelled.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7u7f will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact the 7u7f support team immediately at [email protected].

7u7f reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification requests must be completed within fourteen (14) days. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until documents are provided and approved.

Players in Bangladesh may use their National ID card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence as proof of identity. Proof of address may be satisfied with a utility bill, bank statement, or bKash or Nagad account statement dated within the last three (3) months.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7u7f supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion applied by the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically processed within 1 to 3 hours
• Bank transfer withdrawals: typically processed within 1 to 2 business days

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 7u7f reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected, and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7u7f reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where verification is outstanding, where unusual activity has been detected on the account, or where a responsible gaming concern has been raised. Players must have wagered their deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed.

7u7f will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits, except in cases where the original payment method is no longer available. In such cases, the Player must provide documentary evidence and complete an enhanced verification process before an alternative payment method is approved.

Bonuses & Promotions

7u7f offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 7u7f promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated in BDT on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 7u7f reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: betting with low house-edge strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 7u7f Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and market conditions before confirming a wager. 7u7f will not accept requests to void a bet on the grounds of a player's misunderstanding of the market or accidental selection.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Cricket sportsbook: All BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches are settled according to the rules published on the sports betting page.
• Live in-play betting: Live odds update in real time. 7u7f reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed before a suspension is imposed are settled as normal; bets placed after a market suspension may be voided at 7u7f's discretion.
• Casino games: All casino games use certified random number generators supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The house edge and RTP for each game are published within the game interface.
• Mines: The Mines game outcome is determined by a certified provably fair algorithm. Players may verify each round's outcome using the provided seed and nonce values displayed after each game round.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before a wager is confirmed.

7u7f reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a palpable error in odds, including cases where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault or human error and the correct odds would reasonably have been materially different. In such cases, affected players will be notified and the bet stake will be returned to their account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7f Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or are ineligible for any reason set out in Section 2.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using any automated script, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other software to place bets, access markets, or interact with any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 7u7f.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered on the 7u7f sportsbook.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity. All accounts are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables, in poker rooms, or in any other multiplayer game environment.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 7u7f support team or other players.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership during registration, verification, or any other account process.

Account Suspension & Closure

7u7f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has failed to complete mandatory identity or age verification within the prescribed timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, fraudulent behaviour, or AML concerns have been identified on the account.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the 7u7f Responsible Gaming programme.
• The Company is required to take action to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.

Players may also voluntarily close their 7u7f account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent closures unless a specific cooling-off period has been agreed upon at the time of the request. Players who have self-excluded will not be re-admitted to the Platform until the agreed exclusion period has fully elapsed and a formal reinstatement request has been reviewed and approved by the 7u7f responsible gaming team.

Limitation of Liability

7u7f provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, it does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7f's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the Player's real-money account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

7u7f shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether 7u7f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7u7f's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

7u7f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date shown at the top of the document. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, registered account holders will be notified via the email address held on their account at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the 7u7f Platform that cannot be resolved through our support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. 7u7f will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
